For Starter and Professional plans, all detection runs entirely on the employee's device — no prompt text is ever sent to Redactr's servers. Enterprise plans include Tier-2 AI scanning, which sends text to Redactr's secure server for processing. It is never stored and is discarded immediately after analysis.

Each plan includes a fixed number of employee seats (5 on Starter, 25 on Professional, 100 on Enterprise). Once you hit your limit, inviting another employee is blocked until you free up a seat or upgrade your plan.
